I have framed jerseys, baseball bats, hockey sticks and pucks. Customers will bring their sports mementos and then I work with what they bring to make a pleasing presentation. The ability to handcarve in the mat makes design possibilties endless. The #54 football jersey with its accompanying pictures gave me the idea to carve in the hash marks and numbers from a football field.
A long time ago in a small town far, far away a father would draw little sketches on a paper during church to keep his wiggly daughter quiet. She soon wanted to do what he was doing and took over the sketching. Thus began my interest in art. Little did I know as I studied Graphic Design at BYU that I would take the concepts I learned there and transfer them into a business that has been deeply satisfying over the last 21 years.
I love to interact with my customers and learn about them and the items that they bring me to frame. More often than not, the items they bring have a special meaning which helps me to create a design that enhances the presentation of the memorabilia. My ability to handcarve designs in the matboard is another special service that I offer. I have framed many unique items over the years insomuch that my motto is "You name it, I frame it"
